When it’s Kevin Rose of Digg.com

If you get the chance, take a look at the crap Kevin Rose is throwing out there now. You would think Kevin gets aroused just thinking about his Recommendation Engine. It gives him an open-door policy to ban any and everything based on the “secret” recommendation engine and how it magically works. My theory is a little old lady in Detroit is a moderator for Digg and she basically deletes Digg users for fun on a Friday night.
I’ll be interested to see what effect if any, Kevin banning loyal diggers will do for him and his site over the next few weeks. I’ve heard of some cool ideas in the works, and I’m interested to find out what will come of it all.

Figures don’t lie, LewP, but Liars figure.
What I mean is that there are so many ways to “twist” figures to show what you want, it’s almost as accurate as poll results. lol
Whenever I spoke of how much money I won gambling, while I lived in Las Vegas, I always would deduct the money I spent from the amount of money I had in my pocket when I left the casino. For example, If I went out for the evening and plugged $100 into the machine and hit the jackpot on the 100th dollar coin., then I have only won $3,900 — not $4,000.
The same goes for Kevie Rose and what he “made” in the last 18 months. Sure it can be possible that Keven had a gross income of $60 Mil… but how much of that money did he spend to make that money. If the guy spent $50 Mil to make $60 Mill… then what he grossed isn’t all that impressive.
