I know I’m a little late with this post since STS-119 launched on 3-15-09, but I think it’s worth noting this was a beautiful liftoff from the Kennedy Space Center at night.
I am proud to state that not only have I been around to see the entire existance of the Dallas Cowboys, I have also been witness to the entire space program. It’s been a hell of a ride, and I am blessed I have been able to see such technology.
Here is an animated misson video. This is pretty remarkable if you aren’t aware of what kind of work the shuttle crews do up in space now.
Simply amazing.
