And old-man winter makes his entrance

Yesterday, I had the chance to go out to Cedar Hill State Park and Joe Pool Lake and see first-hand what the winds of winter coming in to north Texas looked like. The wind had to be gusting at about 30 mph. Most people would shutter (like me), but some people went sailing.

I’m pretty excited

If you thought I wrote and blogged a lot before, wait until you see what’s coming next for the old blog. I’m very happy to announce I have a new camera! The Olympus SP-800 UZ camera is now in my hot hands.  I should be able to take much better pictures and videos. I included a video to show you how much it can zoom. (30X)
